One nice thing about occasionally working from home is lunch. Constructing a personal lunch from a random refrigerator walk may have risen to the level of hobby at this point.
Today I happened across bacon from yesterday's breakfast, a crunchy Romaine lettuce heart, slabs of gorgonzola cheese, sourdough bread (not mine, unfortunately), and a red bell pepper.
Toasted the bread, warmed the bacon, and mmm....sacrilicious...
